Our system is simple and easy to follow. And when followed correctly with guidance from your Sales Representative, your group will maximize it’s fundraising potential!
Two short weeks is all it takes. Just two weeks! From start to finish, your group will sell and finish it’s program in only two weeks.
The Launch
The actual fundraiser starts with a “Launch.” The Launch is the meeting that kicks-off the fundraiser with your group or team. At the launch, your Sales Representative will explain the program to the participants and answer any questions.
After explaining the program, a group leader will normally explain the goals and expectations to the team members or group. Setting the bar is very important to help your group reach its goal.
After the leader(s) speak, the Sales Representative then announces the BEST part. The Prizes! And they are exciting. We offer all kinds of special incentives to team and group members who excel at their sales
goal. We also often coordinate team or class incentives and even teacher/coach incentives!
The Landing
After two weeks, the program “Lands.” The Landing is normally held on a Saturday or Sunday for approximately 4 hours. During the Landing, all packets, money, and unsold cards are returned. Your Sales Representative will coordinate the Landing. We do ask for a couple volunteers from your group to help with counting funds, tallying prizes, and keeping things organized.
The Sales Blitz
The most important part of your Spirit Fundraiser is the Sales Blitz. The Sales Blitz occurs during the 4 hour Landing. During the Sales Blitz, your teams or participants are expected to finish their sales and to make last attempts at reaching their goals or to win prizes. We keep tallies on who is in the lead on the Landing day. Many times this encourages friendly competition. Your group can increase its overall sales by 30% to 50% by supporting a strong Sales Blitz!
The Prizes
At the end of the Landing, we tally the results, award your Group or Team your profit, and present all the prizes to the winners! This is the best part of the entire fundraiser. The kids are excited, and you will be too from raising money in one of the fastest, most efficient ways possible!
